Return Policy

At OneBazaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which products can be returned and how the return process works.

By placing an order on www.onebazaar.pk, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products returned after the 3-day return period

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)


3. Return Process (Leopard Courier)

All returns are processed via Leopard Courier.

Steps to Return a Product:

  1. Contact our support team at support@onebazaar.pk within 3 days of delivery

  2. Share your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you with the return instructions

  4. Hand over the package to Leopard Courier as instructed

Unauthorized returns without contacting support may not be accepted.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear images or video of the product

  • Order number

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item

  • Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds may be processed via:

    • Original payment method

    • Store credit (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, OneBazaar will bear the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to change of mind, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer


7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered


8. Policy Abuse

OneBazaar reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that violate this policy

  • Restrict accounts with repeated or suspicious return behavior


9. Changes to This Policy

OneBazaar may update this Return Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
